Parents,
A reminder that tomorrow is our Winter Concert. We will be starting at 1:45 in the gym. Due to the number of participants, we ask that you please limit guests to immediate family (parents and grandparents). Guests will be able to start entering the gym at 1:45.
Students will be returning to their classrooms after they have performed. We anticipate that the concert will end around 2:30. If you wish to sign out your child and take them with you, please fill out the sign out sheets that will be on the table outside the office when you enter. This will help us keep track of who is leaving without overwhelming the office staff. We will call the students down who have been signed out after the concert is over. We ask that audience members please wait until the concert is over before leaving, rather than disrupting the rest of our guests and performers.
Parking will be limited so we encourage you to walk from home, or park on a side street and walk over to the school.
A reminder that any photos or videos that contain other children cannot be shared or posted on social media, without the other parents’ permission. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation with this.
