
Today at Wilshire we have been having mini-assemblies to give students and staff the opportunity to learn more about mental health, and try some healthy coping tools that you may use to help ythemselves. Ask your children to share some of the fun they have been engaging in today (e.g., read aloud, chair yoga, mindful moment, belly breathing.
